Scheduling Surveys
Scheduling a survey automates its distribution, eliminating the need to take any extra actions after the event has finished. You can set the timing and recipients, and the system handles the rest.
You can choose the following about sending your survey:
- Which session it is linked to
- The time and date it is sent.
- Sending depending on attendance status
After dispatch, you can begin seeing the results of surveys.

How can I schedule a Survey?
Let's go through how you can schedule a survey.
Step 1: Navigate to the chosen event from the "Educator" tab
- Click "Manage Event"
Step 2: Navigate to the "Survey" tab
Step 3: Click "Survey Schedules"
- Here you can see the send status of your surveys
- The three states are:
- Unscheduled
- Scheduled
- Sent
- You can edit the send settings of a scheduled or unscheduled survey at any time

Step 4: Choose the survey you want to schedule
- If it is the first send, click "Set Schedule"
- You will now be able to add a new send schedule
- If you have sent it before, click "Edit Schedule"
- You can either edit the existing scheduled surveys or add a new schedule
Step 5: Setting the Schedule
- Select the session whose attendees will receive it.
- Select who will receive the survey based on the attendance register
- Decide the time and date the survey will be sent
- You can click "Create Schedule" to set a new schedule for the same survey
