Seeing the Results of Forms
You can see, filter and export all booking and application form responses.
It can be found in 2 ways:
- As an individual response within the "Attendees" table
- Follow this link to see how to find and interact with the individual application form responses: "Attendees" Tab
- Aggregated within the "Forms" section
This allows you to easily interact with all the data you have gathered for your event.

Aggregated Responses
Step 1: Navigate to the "Forms" section
- Go to Educator
- Then "Manage Event"
- Click "Forms"
Step 2: Click on the 3 verticle dots
- Any form with responses will give you the option to "View Responses"
Step 3: View the responses to your form
Step 4: Choose the session you wish to see
- You can also filter the responses based on the ticket
- Download the report as a CSV
- All filters will be reflected in the download
Individual Responses to Booking Forms
Step 1: Navigate to the "Attendees" section
- Go to Educator
- Then "Manage Event"
- Click "Attendees"
- Choose the date you want to look at the individual responses.
Step 2: Click the 3 vertical dots for the attendee whose responses you want to see.
- Then select "View Booking Details"
Step 3: Go to "Booking Form Response"
