Creating Your Event

Medtribe events allows you to run your events with ease and save time. All from one space, you can take bookings, mark attendance, automate messages, surveys and certificates and much more.


Anyone can create an event on Medtribe. No codes, permissions or licences are required.

Getting started is as simple as clicking Create Event.

This guide will walk you through how to set up the foundations for your event.


Step 1: Navigate to the Educator Tab

Step 2: Click "Create Event"

Step 3: Create the first details

  • All the details will be available to change after submitting this first step

Step 4: Recurring Event

  • You can generate a "Multi-Session Event" at this stage
  • This lets the system automatically generate all the dates you would like in a few easy clicks
  • All of these can be edited or removed at a later time.

Step 5: Creating your "Draft Event"

  • This final step will create your draft event.
  • If you are creating a paid event, you will be prompted to set up a Stripe account to ensure that transactions can take place.
  • This event is fully customisable.
